Briefly explain what the scientist you drew looked like. How many of the 12 stereotypes we discussed were included in your drawing? Were you surprised at the class' results of this activity? Explain. Answer in complete sentences.
I don't remember how many stereotypes matched my scientist but i know that he was younger his hair was curly and it was a fun project. I enjoyed doing this. I was surprised at how close the results were to your class results from when you did this. I thought it was a fun project and i liked doing it.
My scienist consit of crazy hair,a science background,and thought bubble of a a equation. My scientist meet 5 out of the 12 steryotypes. I was not supprised at the over all result of our class i asumed that most would be males and have a lab background and that was what it came out as.
The scientist I drew was a doctor/scientist. Out of the twelve stereotypes, the ones in my drawing were Lab Coat, Reasearch/Equipment, Male, and Caucasian. I wasn't very surprised by how everyone drew mad scientists, as I almost drew that as well.

My scientist looked like a crazy one, with crazy hair and a crazy lab setting. My scientist had 8 out of 12 stereotypes. The classes drawings suprised me on all the different kinds and similar kinds of scientists that we drew.
I thought the draw a scientist activity was fun and suppriseing. My scientist looked crazy with wacky hair and a jet pack. I only had two stereotypes cacasion and tecnology. No i was not supprised because i have done a survey like this before.
My scientist looks like a caucasian elderly man. With a lab coat on and glasses. He had on a lab coat and no facial hair because he was losing it. And he was in a labartory.
my scienist was a stick figure with broken glasses,one hair,big feet and a tube thingy in his hand.He was in a graveyard visiting his dead pet pig oinkers. It was a male and he had a french mustache

travis B 3rd hour the scintist that i drew looked crazy like he had long hair and had a scince lab that he was in, he was doing insperiments in the lab and had posters hagging up in the scince lab.
My scientist met most of the stereotypes. I had no clue how many different types of scientist there really are.When I saw everyone elses scientist, I was supprised at all the different things that I saw. I really enjoyed drawing a scientist.

the scientist that i drew is cool and evil. he has a shotinator7000 that shots fire balls! he had crazy hair and a poster on the wall that said BE EVIL!!! he works in a underground cave that is under the stachue of librity. he is cool!

I was surprised at the results, there were so many people that made their scientist a male, even the females in the class. My scientist was elderly and had a lab coat, and he also was caucasian. He did not hace facial hair, equipment, or technology.
My scientist I drew happened to be chinese for some reason. He had a pink afro and at all the curls it had different colors. He had a lab coat and was in a lab. He had a weird mustache and a gotee. He was one of the freakiest scientist there is!!!!!

My scientist matched a good amount of the sterotypes. My scientest wore a lab coat he also had facial hair and eyeglasses. He had research and equipment and technology he was male and middle aged. There was a labortory setting. so This scientisst matched alot of the sterotypes. I guess how the public and cartoons broadcast scientists it does affect the way we think about scientists. These sterotypes are not always real!!
That scientist up there is almost exactly what popped up in my head when you said Draw-A-Scientist Crazy, hair, test tubes, lab coat, male, white, and goggles/glasses.
My scientist has 9/12 stereotypes. They are: Eyeglasses, Research/Equipment, Knowledge/Pocket Protectors, Cations/Formulas, Male, Caucasian, Middle-Aged/Ederly, Mythic/Frankenstein, and Labratory Setting. He had crazy hair, boiling substances in his beaker, A bird on his shoulder and Pointy shoes!
This kinda looks like the scientist in my head even though i couldnt draw it right. mine had the crazy hair and was caucasinan i thiught of the lab coat and goggles but couldnt draw it mine sorta had simaliar stereotypes as the one shown

the scientist i drew looked like a man with a beard and spiked up hair with a dress shirt on and pants. he was by a table with a beaker with potion in it. my scientist has 7 of the 12 stereotypes. no i wasnt really suprised by the classes results because most of them where the normal scientists.
my scientist was a older man he had crazy gray hair and was very smart he worked with alot of chemicals and experiemets. he worked in a lab and he was caucasian with a long white coat and a long mustash.
My scientist was a man he had big muscles and he had a white lab coat that buttoned up. He had a sink in his lab and he also he had a lot of chemicals.
my scientist had most of the steryotypes. it had facial hair, middle aged in a lab, wearing a lab coat, and much more. no i was not supprised that the results were simmaler because most people think of those things when they think of a scientist. this is what i think of the scientist project. lauren m. :) 4th
My scientist was probably alittle different,but he was basicly the same as the one Mrs. Martin showed us. The only thing that i was missing was the facial hair and glass's and/or technology

I think that the draw a scientist activity was really fun because of the different characteristics i also thaught that the crazy hair was the best part.
